WHEN EVERYTHING'S RUNNING BUT NOTHING'S CONVERTING.
Big ideas don't build themselves. But brilliant execution means nothing if the funnel's broken. I find the leak and fix it, across product, brand, UX and comms
Where I slot in
You don’t need three separate hires.
You need one person who can see the whole picture and make it work.
You need one person who can see the whole picture and make it work.
I cover the space between strategy and execution, across:
Product & UX: shaping roadmaps, guiding sprint priorities, making quick UX calls, mapping user journeys
Brand & Marketing: keeping your brand tight, shaping campaigns that actually convert, turning trends into commercially sound ideas
Messaging & Comms: translating founder vision into clear briefs, presentations and priorities the whole team can follow
Facilitation & Mentoring: smoothing tensions, helping leaders communicate with impact, and keeping everyone focused on the same goal

A BIT MORE ABOUT ME...
I spent 15 years as a graphic designer, building brands that looked beautiful and made sense. Then I started my own branding agency, working closely with early-stage startups to define their voice, their visuals, and how they showed up in the world.
But somewhere along the way, I realised I wasn’t just helping with how things looked, I was shaping what got built in the first place.
I was the one asking the uncomfortable questions, translating vague vision into clear direction, helping teams get aligned, and spotting what was missing long before the product hit a wall.
The strategy part? The clarity part? The “what are we actually doing here?” part? That’s where I do my best work.
Now, I work directly with founders and teams as a fractional strategist, facilitator and mentor, helping them shape ideas into something their teams can actually run with (and their users genuinely want).
Still creative. Still caring about brand. But now it’s less about the colours, and more about the clarity.
how I actually work
I ask questions before I give answers. The problem is rarely the thing everyone thinks it is.
I don't drop and run. I stick around, do the first pass work, pivot if the first idea isn't landing, and sit on a call with you while you have a rant. Sometimes that's what's needed most.
I will absolutely hold space for the hard stuff. Founders carry a lot. Teams carry a lot. I'm not just here for the strategy deck, I'm here for the bit before the strategy deck where everyone's knackered and nobody knows what to do next.
I'm your hype girl as much as your operator. Getting people feeling genuinely excited about the work is not a nice-to-have. It's half the job.
I don't piss in the wind. Decisions get made with data, not vibes.
And I make it fun. Not in a forced team-building way. Just in a "this doesn't have to be as grim as it currently feels" way.
People have described working with me as finally having someone who'll actually get shit done. I'll take that.
